My Professional Background

Process Driven, Quality-Focused

In my ten years working as a project manager, I have led cross-functional teams of 5–15 people through every phase of the website design and development project lifecycle. This includes discovery, scoping, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, launching, and long-term support. These projects ranged in size and complexity, and the common thread was my ability to lead with clarity, adapt with intention, and deliver results.

While the primary CMS I worked with is WordPress, we fulfilled work on other platforms including Shopify, Monster Commerce, 1ShoppingCart, Yahoo! Stores, and our own fully managed CMS platform. To date, I’ve successfully delivered projects for over two hundred clients and customers across a wide range of industries and verticals, balancing business goals with long-term maintainability.

Mindset and Methodology

I approach each project with a user-centered mindset, emphasizing User Experience, digital accessibility, and web best practices that prioritize usability and conversion. My strength lies in making technical concepts accessible and actionable for cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and clients alike.

I take a thoughtful and analytical approach to problem-solving, risk assessment, and contingency planning. My aim is ensuring that no detail is overlooked and every decision is purposeful. I am equally adept at both delegating work to the best resources and getting hands-on when the situation demands a fast turnaround. I hold myself to high standards and continually look for ways to improve not just outcomes, but also the processes that get us there.

My Capabilities

I thrive in collaborative environments that value clear communication and shared goals. With practical experience using tools like JIRA, Monday.com, and Microsoft Clarity, along with deep familiarity with Microsoft Office and proprietary SaaS platforms, I’m comfortable navigating the demands of complex digital ecosystems. Additionally, being privileged to work alongside digital marketing specialists has exposed me to a wide range of additional proficiencies. As much as I enjoy leading a project and managing processes, I am also very much a hands-on producer. Content population and management, accessibility auditing, usability testing, on-site and technical SEO, and information architecture are all part of my arsenal.

My personal interests have taken me in many different directions, and as a result I have gained proficiency with a wide range of tools and tasks. Outside of my professional career, I also spend time deejaying, writing and producing electronic music, performing with a rock band, and occasionally on a woodworking project. Website management, building my own website for my local DJ collective, designing event flyers, creating content for social media, and capturing and editing live performance video of my band are all tasks that I have done to support my passions. More recently, I decided that I want to expand professionally into the fields of UX Design, SEO/AEO, and further pursue web accessibility. Now I am in progress of gaining more experience and earning credentials related to these areas of specialization.
